Many dating platforms overlook emotional support and user wellbeing. Challenges like navigating connections, handling rejection, and staying positive can lead to frustration and reduced confidence. A platform offering matches along with guidance and emotional support is key to a healthier dating experience.
Goals
Develop a platform to transform online dating with a focus on emotional support, accessibility, and empowerment. The app fosters genuine connections, offers guidance, and simplifies relationship navigation, delivering a more fulfilling and positive dating experience.
Proposal
We propose an intuitive, user-friendly application to enhance the online dating experience. Focused on emotional support and accessibility, the platform will guide users to foster meaningful connections, simplify interactions, and promote wellbeing for a more fulfilling and positive dating experience.

Emma has struggled with the superficial nature of other dating apps. She often finds it challenging to engage in authentic conversations and feels overwhelmed by swiping culture. Emotional support and guidance are essential to her, especially after difficult dating experiences.

Emma wants to find a partner who shares her values of personal growth, kindness, and emotional intelligence. She seeks someone who understands the importance of self-care and mental health.

Benchmarking
Benchmarking is the process of comparing a product, service, or process against industry standards or competitors to identify best practices, strengths, and areas for improvement. It helps organizations set goals, innovate, and maintain a competitive edge by learning from successful examples.
Designing architecture
To achieve a more accurate interaction between the user and the functionalities offered by the App, a card sorting was implemented with 10 people who organized the words into categories according to their criteria. Based on the resulting dendrograms, we organized our Architecture.
